ACCOUNTABILITY IS MATHEMATICAL

WEEKLY SCORE = SPEED + QUALITY + IMPROVEMENT + DISCIPLINE

[ SPEED ]

Meter: Velocity

Logic: Friday deadline met = 40 pts, missed = 0 pts

Max: 40 Points

[ QUALITY ]

Meter: Rating

Logic: Deliverable rated 1–5, scaled to 30 pts (1 = 6 pts, 5 = 30 pts)

Max: 30 Points

[ IMPROVEMENT ]

Meter: Trend

Logic: Feedback integration — Improving = 20 pts, Stable = 10 pts, Decline = 5 pts

Max: 20 Points

[ DISCIPLINE ]

Meter: Rhythm

Logic: Fast Track Hour execution — Fast Track Mode = 10 pts, On Track = 5 pts, Off Pace = 0 pts

Max: 10 Points

SCORING MECHANICS

[ACCOUNTABILITY IS MATHEMATICAL]

THE MASTER FORMULA

WEEKLY SCORE =
SPEED (40 pts) +
QUALITY (30 pts) +
IMPROVEMENT (20 pts) +
DISCIPLINE (10 pts)
Maximum possible: 100 points per week

COMPONENT BREAKDOWN

SPEED (40 POINTS)

METER: VELOCITY

What it measures: Friday deadline adherence

How it's scored: Binary - 40 points if delivered on time, 0 if delayed

What GOOD looks like:

Sprint deliverable submitted by Friday EOD. Team respects time as their most precious resource.

What BAD looks like:

In Fast Track, "flex scope, not time" is a rule; you would rather have a 60-70% accurate deliverable on time than a "perfect" one that is late. Being late is viewed as a lack of discipline and a sign of organizational "waiting time" that kills speed.

[SPEED: 40 POINTS MAX]

QUALITY (30 POINTS)

METER: RATING

What it measures: How well deliverable meets the rigid Fast Track standards

How it's scored: Your Associate rates your weekly deliverable 1–5, converted to points.

What GOOD looks like (4-5 rating):

Deliverable applies 80/20 thinking - the "ultimate efficiency hack". Key decisions are "sniper-like" clear. Feedback from previous week has been integrated. Ready for execution.

What BAD looks like (1-2 rating):

Generic conclusions. Vague commitments. Same mistakes repeated. Feedback ignored. Needs major rework.

[QUALITY: 30 POINTS MAX]

IMPROVEMENT (20 POINTS)

METER: TREND

What it measures: Whether team is learning from feedback week-over-week. We don't evaluate only results, we evaluate progress.

How it's scored: IMPROVING = 20 pts, STABLE = 10 pts, DECLINE = 5 pts

What IMPROVING looks like (20 pts):

Team applies previous feedback. Deliverables show measurable progress. Fewer revisions needed. Methodology is being absorbed. The essence of the program is for the team to be better than they were yesterday.

What STABLE looks like (10 pts):

Quality is consistent but not progressing. Same patterns week-over-week. Not getting worse, but not getting better either.

What DECLINE looks like (5 pts):

Repeating previous mistakes. Quality degrading. Feedback not being applied. Moving backwards on methodology.

[IMPROVEMENT: 20 POINTS MAX]

DISCIPLINE (10 POINTS)

METER: RHYTHM

What it measures: Adherence to Fast Track Hour rhythm and process execution

How it's scored: Based on Guru ranking — FAST TRACK MODE = 10 pts, ON TRACK = 5 pts, OFF PACE = 0 pts

What FAST TRACK MODE looks like (10 pts):

Weekly Fast Track Hour happens as scheduled. Everyone attends. Process is followed. "Discipline is ultimate freedom" - the rhythm is sacred.

What ON TRACK looks like (5 pts):

Meetings happen but occasionally delayed/shortened. Some process shortcuts. Acceptable but not exemplary.

What OFF PACE looks like (0 pts):

Meetings skipped without communication. Process ignored. Rhythm broken. Team treating this like optional homework.

[DISCIPLINE: 10 POINTS MAX]

DELAY PENALTY

3+ weeks late means all scores are cut in half.

They remain reduced until one full week of on-time delivery is achieved.

Example: If a team scores 85 points but is 3+ weeks delayed, their score becomes 42.5 until they deliver on time for one week.
